TRAINING AND SERVICES DIVISION PROGRAM MANAGER –
JOHN BELLAMY
Professional Background: Mr. Bellamy has an extensive
background and depth of real-world Counter-Terrorism
experience as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau
of Investigation. During his career, he was one of a
limited number of FBI Special Agents who simultaneously
held positions as Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator,
Hazardous Materials Response Team Leader and Special
Agent Bomb Technician within one of the nation's largest
Joint Terrorism Task Forces. He is a DRII Certified
Continuity of Operations Planner and has worked closely
with multiple local, state and federal agencies in planning
and training for and responding to acts of terrorism
involving WMD materials and devices as well as other
emergency situations involving hurricanes, earthquakes,
pandemics and other naturally occurring events.
Current Duties and Responsibilities: Mr. Bellamy is
the Program Manager of Homeland Security Training and
Security Services responsible for key areas involving
planning, training and exercises including Emergency
Response, Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP), Practical
Exercises, NIMS-ICS, Urban Area Security Initiatives
(UASI), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) –
Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments, Intelligence
Management and Surveillance Detection.
