Professional Background: Mr. Noe began his career as a U.S. Army, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician where he served honorably for twelve years and later started his own Homeland Security Conglomerate. He served as the President and Founder of four Homeland Security Product and Service Firms for five years before merging his business’s with The O’Gara Group.

Current Duties and Responsibilities: Mr. Noe was selected to serve as the Division Director for the O’Gara Training and Services Division in November 2006 which now is comprised of Three Homeland Security Firms. He is ultimately responsible for all operational and training considerations for the O’Gara Training and Services Division.
