Professional Background: Mr. Provost began his career as a U.S. Army, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician where he served for seventeen years in a variety of increasing complex roles, including service as a team leader for a highly advanced IED defeat team as part of the National Capital Response Team in Washington DC. After leaving the US Army Mr. Provost became the contract Program Manager for the US Department of State, Weapons of Mass Destruction Training Program. As the contract Program Manager he is responsible for the daily operations and management of all contractor functions within the WMD branch.

Current Duties and Responsibilities: Mr. Provost was recently selected to serve as the General Manager of The O’Gara Safety and Security Institute (SSI) in Alton, Virginia. He is responsible for all operational and training considerations for the O’Gara-SSI subsidiary. In addition to these duties Mr. Provost continues to serve as the contract Program Manager at DOS/WMD.
